| Cancellaton Policy |
Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure – 100% charge. Cancellations within 25-72 hours of tour departure – 50% charge. Cancellations more than 72 before tour departure – full refund.
Karitāne Māori Tours will cancel tours if the sea conditions put passenger safety and comfort at risk – in this event we will advise customers as early as possible and refund 100%. We accept no further liability for cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions. |
| FOC Policy | Tour Escorts and Passenger Guides travelling with FITs are eligible to participate FOC on a standby basis. |
| Child Policy | A child is aged 3 to 14 (inclusive). Please note that children under 5 years may not fit our life jackets and in that case would not be allowed on our vessels. All children must be accompanied by an adult. |
| Payment Terms | We invoice after service with payment due on the 20th of the month following Invoice, penalty interest charges will apply on overdue invoices. |
| Other | Language translators are available at additional cost. We are happy to provide recommendations and advice for any aspect of your visit to our region, including accommodation in the area. |
